Currently, piping systems in semiconductor and chemical processing plants commonly use a transparent PVC outer pipe to enclose a PFA inner tube for chemical liquid transfer. During operation, fluid movement and pulsation can generate vibration within the pipeline system, resulting in repeated friction between the PFA inner tube and the surrounding PVC pipe. Over time, this continuous abrasion may lead to damage or rupture of the PFA tube, increasing the risk of chemical leakage and potential industrial hazards.
