With conceptual design drawings
Without disclosing the design drawings, conduct risk assessments and discussions within the factory, and confirm design consistency with the client.
Cut the material according to the design drawings and the customer's specifications.
Design drawing breakdown before production
According to the design drawings, galvanized iron square tubing from a reliable manufacturer was selected for the frame welding.
After the sheet metal cutting and frame welding are completed, the machine tool wrapping operation is carried out.
Use qualified and guaranteed piping materials for piping configuration.
If any signs of leakage are found in the machine, it will be repaired immediately.
Each stage undergoes quality control inspection , and final acceptance is carried out after the equipment is completed.
Confirm the shipping time and method of transport, and keep records for future reference.
Thoroughly clean with IPA before leaving the machine.
